We named our return & refund policy the Very Merry Vow.

While we always strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our products, Merry Makery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to fulfill the Very Merry Vow through any means of its choosing, including without limitation issuing a replacement item, refunding a purchase, providing a Merry Makery gift code for use on our Site or other such steps as Merry Makery determines are warranted. Merry Makery may impose further limitations if we reasonably believe that an individual is misusing the Very Merry Vow.
