carrying around the heavy belief that you're not enough is exhausting.

this limiting belief depletes your confidence, relationships, & overall well-being. these thoughts prevent you from going after your dreams, speaking your truth, accepting yourself, & living as your brightest authentic self.

society, media, schooling, & sometimes even well-meaning friends & family plant these seeds of self-doubt at a young age.

because most of us don’t know better, we spend most of our lives trying to overcome this by seeking external validation. we think that if we achieve more, look a certain way, or get approval from others, we’ll finally earn & feel enough.

but this is not how self-worth works.

so we end up in a never-ending cycle of constantly moving & adding goalposts. all the while that feeling of not-enough-ness remains.

it’s an inside job

instead of looking outward for validation, we need to turn inward.

it's about building a strong, unshakeable sense of self-worth from within. this means recognizing & celebrating your intrinsic inherent value.

your self-worth is built-in, not earned.

in a world that encourages, benefits, & profits from our insecurities, overcoming this widely shared not-enough-ness sickness is one of the greatest acts of self-love & defiance.

imagine a world where everyone believed they were enough?

the impact would be seismic!

we'd have more creators, lovers, & most importantly, happier humans.

i say this to remind you that overcoming this isn't just about you – it's about contributing to a better world now & for generations to come.

as someone actively battling the not-enough-ness sickness, i’ve learned that these 9 hacks help me flip the script to escape the negative thought spirals.

  1. celebrate small wins: getting out of bed AND brushing your teeth today.

  2. turn off the outside world: to tune in to how you are really really feeling.

  3. remember past accomplishments: surviving 100% of your worst days.

  4. follow the good energy: the people, places, & things that light you up.

  5. stand in your own values: drop any ideals that aren’t aligned to you.

  6. name your inner critic: don’t let that psycho mock you or lie to you.

  7. write yourself a letter: from your lighter self to your shadow self.

  8. stop the comparison game: stop being your thief of your joy.

  9. chase your dreams: get clear on what you want & go get it!

just like any muscle, building takes time & practice. i’ve noticed that the more i incorporate the above into my days, the more i feel in my worth.

believing in your own enough-ness is a gift to the world.
